David Lam

I started out in the fitness industry almost two decades ago. Throughout those years my journey have led me to specialise in teaching posture, movement and injury prevention. This has been the result of thousands of hours of observing movement patterns and working with clients to solve their injuries.

I live a very active lifestyle and have a soft side for weight lifting.

I stumbled upon Osteopathy around 2014 and AT Stills ideas about the body resented with me.

Between 2015 - 2019 I completed a masters in osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy in London.

After practicing for 3 year I felt I was lacking depth in my Osteopathic practice I enrolled on the postgraduate diploma in Classical Osteopathy with the institute of classical osteopathy.

Through this course I met Chris Campbell and I have been fortunate to learn from him and I moved to The Littlejohn centre to continue to learn from him.

My approach and practice continue to evolve and I hope to practice true Osteopathy.

Sports related injuries are my expertise, I also treating families and the elderly.

“I've always wanted to work in a profession that would allow me to be in contact with other people, to help them and listen to them. I will always help my patients with a listening ear and a treatment adapted to each person.”

I studied at the Dauphine Osteopathic School in Paris for 5 years after having osteopathic treatment as a child and gaining an fundamental respect for osteopathy.

During my studies, I did an internship giving treatments in a Maternity Clinic in Paris gaining experience in maternity patients pregnancy, post-birth, and family treatment. I developed a passion for helping patients through every stage of their life.

I practiced as a volunteer osteopath in an Osteopathic Centre for disabled children in Paris. After this experience I knew that i want to further work in a charity setting.

I assisted runners for the Paris Marathon or half marathon of Paris and Ultra Trail in French Alps gaining a passion for helping people to achieve their goals.

I joined the Littlejohn Centre in December 2023. I came to enrich my knowledge with Chris Campbell’s experience in Classical Osteopathy. I feel passionate to work in a team environment and to further my education in Classical Osteopathy.

I’m an osteopath dedicated to the well-being and good health of my patients. I have a particular interest in treating families.
